My experience at this hotel was abysmal. I had to change my room key twice because it didn't work and the elevator was so noisy I couldn't sleep. On top of that, I awoke at 9:30 AM despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door. When I brought these issues up to the reception staff, I received nothing but indifference—'these things happen' was their response, with no apology or offer of compensation.

Room keys failed multiple times!!! Elevator noise disrupted sleep!!! Noise from gaps under doors impacted relaxation!!! Housekeeping need to respect 'Do Not Disturb' signs!!! Management indifference to reported issues felt disappointing!!!

Multiple issues arose during the stay, such as several carpets in the corridors and bedrooms that were filthy and stained. The bathroom felt very dated and showed signs of neglect, with mold around the bathtub, which didn't align with the expectations for a four-star hotel. Dining was also a letdown. The restaurant's tablecloths and napkins were not clean, and there were cobwebs and dead flies on the windows, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The elevator was very noisy, disrupting sleep at odd hours. While the location and views were appealing, these cleanliness and facility issues made the experience less enjoyable.

Had a nice stay! The room was super comfy and clean. The restaurant served some really tasty food, especially those bar snacks. The staff was friendly, but the decor felt kinda outdated which was a bummer. Overall, a good experience, just wish the atmosphere was a bit livelier during breakfast.

The generous breakfast service was a highlight, especially the cooked eggs. However, it was disappointing to experience a lack of courtesy from staff at the bar, which overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable meal. While the scenic surroundings are noteworthy, the dining experience left much to be desired, making me hesitant to return.
